Shriners bring cheer to local nursing homes and assisted living facilities

Local shriners started something new this past holiday season by visiting nursing homes and assisted living facilities, donning clown and elf gear to join Santa at Ridgewood Estates, St. Joseph's Memory Care and High View Manor. Enjoying the hijinks at Ridgewood Estates are residents Lauretta Burbe, Rita Lavoie, Roger Plourde, Joel Michaud, Candid Bouchard, Laura Morrow, Fern Cyr and Rina Lizotte.
