The pro bono effort comes on the heels of the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria in September and is part of a second joint effort by Louis Berger and its partners DC Solar, AEG and WestGen. They are promoting sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions in Puerto Rico while not charging local residents.

Louis Berger installed a Westgen Hybrid Mobile Solar Generator at the Casa del Amparo Nursing Home in Humacao, which was part of the 1 percent of Puerto Rico that was without power until this week. Casa del Amparo has 23 residents, nine of whom are disabled. Copyright 2018 BridgeTower Media. All Rights Reserved.
