Caregivers are sent to the elderly, without proper training Hours are claimed without regards for the truth. Forcing the elderly to approve unsustainable amount of hours and supervisors act as advocates for the workers and NOT the elderly GENERATING THE FUNDS FOR THOSE HOURS
