Disappointed with readywheels service. Late often. Waited for over an hour after my appointment let me out early. Ater I called half an hour after my schedule was due they toldme the driver had waited 10 minutes for me. This was not true and i had to wait another 3 hours more before they could pick me up.

Some drivers will not beep or wait long enough for you to get outside and drive off or won't even show up, but say they did. You often have to wait average 1-2 hours after your appointment. They'll falsify information to make it look like drivers didn't make the mistake on a pick-up. There is no use in having a dispute process for a supposed no show since they will not believe you anyways.

Driver left me in an unsafe area. There was a drunk smoking and drinking in the Paratransit shelter. The driver was speeding on the freeway to get there. I asked him to take iteasy as my connecting ride wasn't cominng til 6pm. He picked me up around 4pm at the San Mateo Events Center. We got to Daly City Bart at around 4:30pm. He insisted I get off his bus. I called my East Bay Paratransit Company to see if could just leave me. They said they have no control over Redi Wheels. I crossed over to the other side and asked the Bart Agent if I could come in and wait for my ride. I was vey fearful of the drunk kept staring at me.The Bart station got crowded when trains came and I am cloistrophopic. My ride wasn't due til 6:30pm. I am a disabled veteran and 82years old. It was Elder Abuse leaving me there I use a power wheelchair.Very bad service.
