Tai Chi is proven to improve balance and has the potential to restore the physical functioning of our bodies. Tai Chi done regularly is a great way to improve one?s posture and balance. Movements taught are easy to learn and a joy to practice.@13@Class meets twice per week and is virtual via Zoom.
